YBAA members are committed to professionalism, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, have access to standardized yacht transaction contracts and provide educational services throughout the industry. YBAA is also a founder of the Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) program, co-sponsored by every yacht broker association in the U.S. and Canada.
