Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll wear many hats to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your duties will include:

  1. Supporting the Sales Team: Providing crucial assistance to our sales professionals, including preparing sales documents and maintaining brokers’ listings.
  2. Office Management: Answering phones, maintaining the office space, and serving as the point person for various tasks such as maintenance, supplies, and errands.
  3. Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinating with IT support for office equipment.
  4. CRM Management: Inputting and distributing leads in our CRM system to facilitate efficient sales processes.
  5. Flexibility: Being prepared to work some weekends and assist with boat shows and events as needed.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with both Apple and Windows platforms
  • Experience with Photoshop and ad preparation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Maritime experience is desirable but not required

• Fluent with MS office
• Well versed in apple and windows platfrom

• Organization skills

• Ability to work some weekends
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
