Basic Duties include:
*Support sales team
*Prepare sales documents
*Maintain brokers’ listings
*Answer phones
*Maintain office
*Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
*Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
*Coordinate with IT support on all office equipment
*Provide general support to visitors
*Maintain and monitor sales transactions.
* CRM lead input and distribution
* Some weekend work and lifting required for boat shows and events.
Skills / Qualifications
• Professional appearance
• Self Starter / independent / team player
• Fluent with MS office
• Well versed in apple and windows platfrom
• Photoshop, ad preparation experience
• Organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work some weekends
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maritime experience is a plus
