About the Yacht broker position

Worth Avenue Yachts is looking for a sales broker and charter broker for our Worth Avenue Yachts office in Monaco. The successful candidates will demonstrate the advantages and benefits of Worth Avenue Yachts. He and / or she will strategically position the company in the marketplace to represent clients on brokerage, new sales, construction, and charter leads. The broker must recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote him/herself to exceeding the customer’s expectations. The ideal candidate will already have a book of clientele and existing relationships to work from.

Yacht broker position requirements

  • Enthusiastically embrace the Worth Avenue Yachts values
  • Establishes and maintains good long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
  • Acquire full knowledge of complete product specifications, features, and accessories available for any purchase the client is interested in
  • Shows product at off-site displays or shows, travel as needed to show and acquire listings
  • Diligently inputs and maintains accurate and comprehensive customer and prospect information into the CRM system and utilizes data on a consistent basis to generate sales.
  • Project a professional and knowledgeable image always
  • Participate in the customer delivery of each boat sold
  • Introduce customers to the Worth Avenue Yachts team as needed to emphasize the quality, efficiency, and collaboration within the company
  • Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Current clients and listings along with proven fluency in marine industry sales and marine MLS databases a plus
