Worth Avenue Yachts is proud to announce the sale of the 163’9” Benetti, Cuor Di Leone (now 50m Benetti yacht LUMIERE).
50m Benetti yacht LUMIERE (ex CUOR DI LEON, M/Y Lionheart) is a 50m (164ft) Benetti – the 4th in their Golden Bay series. She is another fine example of this company’s Italian flair and elegance in design. She was designed and built to be able to undertake long cruises and charters in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and other exotic areas of the world.
Accordingly, this large motor yacht provides every possible comfort and luxury. Her interior styling is by Stefano Natucci and features the use of exceptional materials and highly original details. Sanded and vibrant honey coloured oak burl has been used for the yacht’s furniture and panelling. The bathing areas display the lovely and exclusive marble, honey onyx. Also present throughout is the extensive use of mirrors further enhancing the feeling of space onboard.
Stepping aboard via the hydraulic passerelle, the inviting aft deck comprises cushioned bench seating, 4 large wicker arm chairs, a glass topped coffee table and 2 occasional wicker tables.
Double sliding doors lead into the Main Saloon. Underfoot are new 100% pure wool custom made carpets throughout. Immediately to port is a marble topped bar with 3 bar stools.
Just forward of the bar are two large sofas, arranged in L formation with a glass topped and intricate metalwork coffee table. Opposite the sofas is a 44” TV. External light can be controlled by the 3 sets of blinds (3 different thicknesses) electrically operated. These are present throughout the yacht. Different moods can also be created by the use of dimmable spotlighting.
Forward is the glass topped dining table capable of seating 12 guests with cream leather covered chairs. Through a door to port is the lower pantry which has dishwasher, sink, ice maker and small desk and chair. Forward of this is the fully equipped professional Galley.
Taking the starboard passage forward from the dining room leads to the Foyer for use when the vessel is berthed side to. There is a day head just before the double doors entering the Master Suite. This comprises an Office with couch, desk and 2 black leather covered chairs.
A sliding door leads through to the full beam suite. Centrally positioned King sized bed, with 42” TV opposite. An armchair and footstool to port. Large oval windows flood the area with natural light. There is an extensive wardrobe with 2 double hanging spaces at both port and starboard doors through to the full beam bathroom.
The stunning marble and onyx bathroom comprises his ‘n’ hers wash basins, WC, bidet, rainhead shower and centrally positioned Jacuzzi bath. Dressing table to port. Gold fittings throughout.
The 4 spacious guest suites on the lower deck are accessed via a staircase from the Foyer. Comprising 2 identical Queen suites and 2 identical Twin suites. The double suites comprise Queen bed, small couch, dressing table and full height wardrobe. The bathroom features bath tub, WC and wash basin. The Twin suites feature a drop down Pullman berth each and the ensuite features a shower, WC and wash basin.
Taking the marble staircase up from the Foyer leads to the Bridge Deck. Turning right leads, via the Navigation Station, to the wheelhouse which has 2 helm chairs and a central black leather bench for guests. Turning left leads to the fifth guest suite and skylounge. The guest suite can be either a twin or a double depending on requirement. Generously sized with dressing table and hanging wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower, WC and wash basin. This can also be used as a day head, accessible via a separate door from the Sky Lounge.
The full beam skylounge has two large sofas with 2 ornate coffee tables. In addition, a card table with 2 chairs and a bar with ice maker and small sink. A pop up 42” TV is between the port and starboard doors leading to aft bridge deck.
The upper pantry features dishwasher, dumb waiter, sink, Delonghi Nespresso machine, Philips Saeco Exprelia ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine, microwave and fridge. In addition, 2 Eurocave wine fridges. The crew can access the sundeck from here via a sliding hatch for unobtrusive service.
The bridge deck offers a choice of spaces; the Portuguese bridge with semi circular seating and round coffee table, or the aft deck which offers a shaded marble and glass topped dining table for up to 12 guests with full beam aft cushioned seating and foot stools.
A wide staircase on the port side leads up to the sun deck. This features sweeping deck spaces which are nicely separated and very functional as either entertainment or relaxation areas.
Forward is a raised, very large sunpad area with unobstructed 360 degree views. Mid way is a large Jacuzzi, adjacent to the marble topped bar with sink, 2 fridges and a grill/BBQ. Under the arch is a large dining table with 5 chairs on one side and fixed cushioned bench seating on the other. The aft end of the sun deck is a raised area with double sun loungers, chairs and tables all in stripped, sealed teak.
Finally the foredeck which houses the rescue tender, waverunner, 2 jetskis, all launched using the 0.6 ton capacity crane. A spacious Bosun’s locker also has escape hatches from the master suite and crew cabins. The guest tender is housed in the aft garage and launched via the 1.7ton capacity overhead gantry crane. The transom opens up to form a substantial swim platform.
