FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, November 12, 2015/Worth Avenue Yachts — Worth Avenue Yachts have just enjoyed yet another hugely successful Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The nine yachts on display, in 3 locations had a strong presence and attracted a wealth of prospective buyers.

Worth entertained special guests on the Thursday evening with a private party on a selection of the nine incredible superyachts. The party featured an Electric Violinist DJ, Beluga cocktails, and live traditional Cuban cigar rolling.

Very special guests also participated in a full luxury Louis XIII experience while browsing through the Yachts. Rolls-Royce Cars were on display.

Palm Beach interior designer Gil Walsh, known for her exuberant use of color and pattern, has expanded her breadth of work to include the rarefied world of super yachts. At this weekend’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Gil’s work can be seen aboard M/Y REDEMPTION, a 130′ Westport super yacht being offered for $8,450,000 by Worth Avenue Yachts.

In partnership with Hermes for Dedar and Kravet Soleil textiles, Walsh has injected excitement into the yacht’s interior and exterior spaces. “Working aboard Redemption has been a dream,” says Walsh. “I’m thrilled that we were able to add newness and a fresh point of view to what we think of as a traditional yacht interior!”

Lots of positive feedback was received on our charter listing M/Y OCTOPUSSY, which was also in the show. Her Main Salon features custom Vladimir Kagan sofas and chairs, Stark carpet, and Quadrille fabrics providing a sophisticated nautical look designed to harken back to the heyday of motor yachting.

There was lots of interest in the DYNAMIQ Yacht brand and live demonstrations on their innovative website on which you can totally customise their new build JETSETTER yacht.

And, a successful yet intimate event on NATITA with a special experience by Victor from Louis XIII. This huge and fabulously glamorous was also voted top five yachts to view at the whole show by SuperyachtTimes

The following days proved to be successful for the sales and charter brokers as the stunning sunshine continued and brought droves of potential buyers out to show.
