Boarding the starboard side of VIVA III’s solid non-skid full transom width swim platform you note an integral mount (in the water) boarding ladder with a pair of Harkens well-placed, recessed handholds which assist when re-boarding. Low, outside edge stainless steel cleats are conveniently positioned for the tender and additional water toys.

Atop the swim step and fastened to the quick launch and retrieval Hurley marine davit is VIVA III’s Ultralite Highfield 9.5’ aluminum hull PVC inflatable tube tender with 4-stroke electric start Suzuki 9.9 hp outboard and custom canvas cover.

Discover the thoughtful on deck features

Stepping through the durable inward swing FRP boarding gate you are taken by the expansive open aft deck that lies ahead. Covering the non-skid deck, stairs to the fly bridge and fly bridge deck is a custom fit, edge bound marine grade woven all weather deck cover. Inside and along the transom are stainless steel gunwale mount triangular hawse pipes with 12” vertical stainless steel mooring cleats below, fresh water hot/cold shower, separate fresh water washdown with hose and spray nozzle, live well system with recirculating pump and air mixer, main shore power breaker and 120/240VAC/50A shore power cable with motorized Cable Master system.

Across the aft area of the FRP non-skid decking are three deck hatches which access below deck port and starboard removable storage compartments for fenders, lines and cleaning supplies. Beneath the large center access hatch is the removable fish box.

Installed within the Port and Starboard bulwarks are tilt-out lockable Plano tackle box storage compartments. Atop the gunwales are a pair of flush mount fishing rod holders (4 total), Scotty downrigger plates (2 total) with Marinco 12VDC electric downrigger receptacles.

A FLYBRIDGE FIT FOR ENTERTAINING

Forward is the starboard side courtesy lit molded stairway and stainless steel safety railing for ease of transition to the fly bridge. Left of the stairs is an engine room access hatch, a covered area above the locking, sliding salon door and large fixed window, an electric BBQ grill and adjacent sink with storage and refrigerator below. Overhead and courtesy lighting is provided for evening entertainment and safety.

Port and starboard are raised Non-Skid side decks lined with inboard side stainless steel grab rails and outboard stainless steel railing with mid-rail vinyl over steel lifeline for accessing the bow. Three 12” stainless steel cleats are conveniently placed along each deck trail with an additional 12” anchor cleat positioned forward of the electric windlass. The anchor chain locker contains anchor chain, fresh water washdown, hose and nozzle. The remote-controlled searchlight is located forward of the anchor on the bow pulpit. Three opening deck hatches offer fresh air ventilation into the owner’s stateroom and each head. Center on the bow is a recessed area fitted with a custom sun pad and four beverage holders.

INTERIOR ACCOMMODATIONS THAT WILL WOW

When entering the salon from the aft deck you immediately experience 6’6” headroom with an abundance of natural light from nearly 360 degrees of windows and unobstructed visibility forward through the salon and dining areas out to the bow.

Highlight features for VIVA III incorporates a comprehensive catalog encompassing design, function, layout, performance, reliability and safety. VIVA III’s floorplan is welcoming and comfortable, boasting volumes of space and natural light typically seen in larger yachts.

The main deck is open from the aft deck through the salon, then forward along the starboard side to the dining area with adjacent galley. Well-appointed accommodations include a forward queen bed owner’s stateroom with ensuite head and shower, starboard guest cabin with double bed, port Guest cabin with side-by-side twin beds. The guest head with shower is accessed from the port guest cabin and the companionway. Laundry is located in the starboard guest cabin.

The décor is tasteful with carpet, furnishings and décor throughout, durable wood grain flooring is in the salon, dining, galley and heads. Complementing the luxurious interior is satin finished cherry paneling, cabinetry and doors.

Fully integrated electrical system with Kohler 10kW 120 /240VAC / 60 Hz Marine Diesel Generator, 24V/40A Victron battery charger, back up 24V/25A ProMariner Charger, Aft Port Cablemaster motorized storage system.
