With over 18 years of experience, this chef is known for his ability to adapt to different environments and lead teams effectively. He has held key roles as Executive Chef at Grupo Cabrera and led several kitchens in Palma de Mallorca, including Assaona Restaurant and Restaurant Bros, where he achieved Michelin recommendations for three years.
