Renaud was born in Aubagne between Marseille and Toulon. He spent his childhood on boats to practice fishing and spearfishing. As a young adult, he left for 7 years of world tour as a diving instructor (Padi and French certificate). He has been a sailor for 13 years, including 7 years in France (Australia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, Canary Islands and France) and is now onboard UPSTREAM since two years.

Vincent

Chef

Originally from France, Vincent spent the last 20 years in the Caribbean. He has been working as chef for many years in the best local restaurants and specializes in Creole, Asian and vegetarian cuisine. Vincent is also a passionate sailor who has completed the transatlantic crossing between Martinique and Corsica and holds a Deckhand certificate. He owns a sailing yacht himself and has been solo sailing in the Caribbean for 10 years. Vincent is an accomplished professional, who will be happy to delight his guests on board Upstream.

Alice

Chief Stewardess

An experienced and versatile chief stewardess, Alice works both independently and as part of a team, performing bridge watches and deck maneuvers. Her diverse experience (she has worked on charter and private yachts) in service, management and provisioning, including far-flung destinations, has enabled her to develop professionalism and efficiency with a demanding, international clientele. Alice loves challenges, team spirit, learning and passing on knowledge. She's also highly adaptable, and enjoys offering top-quality service to all her guests, young and old alike.

Oceane

Océane will spend her 3rd season onboard Upstream. She has always been passionate about this environment, graduated from the CFBS, the coastal boat license, and a personal on-board CQP. She is smiling, discreet with a positive and jovial personality and perfectly knows the yacht. She looks forward to welcoming you on board and meeting all your needs.

Cymba

Deckhand

Cymba grew up in St Marteen and has always had a special connection with the sea. After two seasons in yachting, he returned to land and worked in the restaurant industry as head waiter for 4 years. He finally returned to his first passion and spent a further 3 seasons on board yachts. He joins the Upstream team this year and will have the pleasure of introducing all his guests to water sports. He is smiling, dynamic, very professional and practices various water sports and combat sports
