Day 1: Arrival

The marina representative will greet you once you are docked. They will be available to you throughout your stay for any help you may require. From here the driver will escort you to the vehicle and transfer you to the bustling city of Havana.Once in Havana you and your guests will enjoy a private lunch of local cuisine at a secluded Paladar.

After lunch enjoy a tour of local galleries and meet the artists. At 21:00 hours the private minibus driver will collect your party in old Havana and drive to the Havana Fortress to witness the canon firing.

The canon ceremony is held each night at the La Cabaña fortress. The Fortaleza de San Carlos de la Cabaña was built around 1774 by the Spaniards to control the access to the Port of Havana of the Havana Port. Soldiers dress in 18th century uniform fire canons over Havana bay at precisely 9 p.m. It is a historical reconstruction dating back to the colonial era when the cannon fire announced the official end of the day and the time to close the city gates for the night. We advise people to be on time as good places with an excellent view are limited.

Day 2: Old Havana and Tropicana

Walk in the footsteps of Havana´s colonial past visiting the 4 plazas of Old Havana, a UNESCO world heritage site. Visit Plaza de Armas, Plaza San Francisco de Asis, Plaza Vieja and Plaza de la Catedral with an expert guide offering insightful history along the way. Your guide will then take you around the city to take in the panoramic views from El Morro, the fortress at the mouth of Havana harbor, the Malecon, Prado, the impressive Bacardi building and Revolution Square.

Lunch at La Bodequita Del Medio: Home of the Mojito, this is world famous and copied restaurant immortalized by Hemingway has served up classic, home‐style Cuban dishes for 50 years; a must visit for one or two, ideally before or after the crowds set in.

In the evening head to a musical show at the World-Famous Tropicana. A spectacular open-air cabaret that is a unique atmosphere to enjoy the music and the Cuban and Caribbean folklore in all its color, musicality and rhythm. Tropicana is an art extravaganza to multiply the Cuban happiness of a true tropical night.

Day 3: Vinales

Enjoy a day trip to the rural town of Vinales – a farm where one can enjoy a look at the simpler life in Cuba. Meet with local farmers at Finca Agroecologica El Paraiso, an agro‐cultural farm and enjoy an incredible farm‐to‐table lunch made with locally-sourced produce.

After lunch your party will enjoy one of Cuba’s hidden treasures, Cueva del Indio. The cave tour explores the limestone caverns. After the tour take a boat ride in Vinales to visit an authentic Cuban tobacco farm.

Day 4: Hemingway’s Home

Today you and your guests will enjoy the Cuban traditional Partagas Cigar Factory where you will experience details from growing tobacco leaves, a look into the government funded tobacco training center to quality control. After the tour you and your guests can have lunch at a local restaurant before the visit to Hemingway’s home. The Finca la Vigia is now a museum where you and your guests can dive deep into the history of the famous author.

Day 5: Havana Rum Factory

Tour and sample rum from Havana’s most famous distillery. The Havana Club Rum Factory brand was nationalized in the late 1950’s and is now the world’s best selling rum. After the tour have lunch onboard and relax as the sun sets in the afternoon.

Day 6: Departure

Spend the day enjoying the amenities of the marina before departing home.
