Oil Nut Bay is a private sanctuary in the heart of the British Virgin Islands. Charter guests enjoy access to the Marina, Marina Village, and the Beach Club—each of which features an array of luxury amenities. Elite restaurants, swimming pools, wellness services, land activities, water sports and excursions, and pristine white-sand beaches beckon from the doorstep of your villa.
THE EXUMAS
Welcome to Over Yonder Cay, in the heart of the Exumas, luxury and privacy at its finest. We welcome parties of up to 30 guests in four uniquely designed villas, all with private beaches and breathtaking views. A former remote fishing outpost, the island has been transformed into a unique eco-friendly haven for those seeking authentic and sustainable barefoot luxury.
Full island rental rates include full use of the island’s extensive amenities, activities and facilities. Rental of the whole island ensures total privacy and the full attention of our highly experienced staff. Over Yonder Cay is powered by a state-of-the-art renewable energy system, which includes three wind turbines and a 1.5-acre solar field.

The Beach Club
The Beach Club is the perfect place to gather for lunch, sip sundowners by the pool or simply lounge under the shade of the palms and relax. In the evening it’s a great party venue equipped with surround-sound speaker system, DJ station, solid dance floor, bar and beach frontage. The Watersports Cabana is on the beach in front of the Beach Club and hosts an impressive collection of wind and watersports toys.

Adrenaline seekers can jump on a board for kitesurfing, wakeboarding and waterskiing, or take a guided tour of the area on our waverunners. Perhaps slow down on a paddleboard or sea kayak.

Scuba Diving and Snorkeling
Diving and snorkeling in the Exumas offer thrills for everyone from beginners to divemasters, with shallower reefs in the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park’s famous Aquarium to blue holes and drop-offs hundreds of feet deep in the Exuma Sound. Our own reef, just a stone’s throw from the island’s west shore, is home to rays, turtles, remora, vibrant coral and over a dozen species of tropical fish. For scuba diving*, we work with Aqua Safari Adventures, which has a first-rate safety record and outstanding knowledge of the region.

To some, the Bahamas is most famous for its fishing. The Tongue of the Ocean can offer record-breaking catches and try the local hotspots for bonefishing in the flats of the Exuma Banks.

The Marina
The private deep water marina can dock multiple yachts up to a maximum of 150 ft (55 m) in length with 13 ft (4 m) draft. The marina is available solely for the island’s guests. There are both floating and fixed docks that can provide sheltered berths.

Spa and relax… Our spa therapists offer a range of treatments to suit you. Thai massage, deep tissue, shiatsu, hot stone, reflexology – let us know your preference. We offer a complete range of beauty treatments and pamper packages to take care of you from head to toe.
