With a lifetime on the water and over four decades in the yacht brokerage business, Chuck Grice brings unmatched expertise, authenticity, and regional knowledge to the Worth Avenue Yachts team.

Chuck grew up boating on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, inspired by parents who gifted him his first boat at age five—an 8-foot dinghy with a 3.5hp Johnson Sea Horse engine. He spent his early years exploring the 12-mile Magothy River, igniting a passion for the water that would shape his career.

A graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Marketing, Chuck entered the marine industry in 1981. He served as sales manager for both a Viking Yacht dealership in Annapolis, MD, and a Viking-Hatteras dealership in Hampton, VA, before founding Virginia Yacht Brokers in 1989. For over 30 years, Chuck has been a trusted name in yacht sales, known for delivering outstanding results while representing both buyers and sellers.

Chuck is widely respected throughout the industry for his honesty, professionalism, and deep commitment to service—traits that have earned him lifelong clients and glowing testimonials. Based at Worth Avenue Yachts’ newest office at Atlantic Yacht Basin in Chesapeake, Virginia, Chuck continues to serve boaters traveling along the Intracoastal Waterway with the same personal touch that defined his boutique brokerage.

Chuck lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Kelsey, and their Golden Retriever, Emma Divine. Their daughter, McKenzie, is in PA school in North Carolina, while their son, Parker, joined the family business in 2015 and now works alongside Chuck at Worth Avenue Yachts.
