Originally born in Mexico City, and raised in California; Diego currently lives in Seattle, WA with his wife Lindsay and their dog Nika. Diego is passionate about yachting. Having lived and worked internationally in the USA, Europe, and Australia, he has found great success within the industry. He prides himself on the excellent relationships developed within the yachting community, which enables him to assemble the best possible team in every expertise to support his clients.

Diego spent the last 6 years at a West Coast-based yacht sales company where he most recently served as the Vice President of Sales and Operations. In his tenure, he represented clients and led a team of 16 in both sales, service, and administrative roles. All while also working with industry partners to hone a strategic marketing system specific to yacht sales.

Prior to his career in yacht sales, Diego worked as the Director of Superyacht Operations for the America’s Cup. This experience, along with previous roles in yacht management, refit management, and race and marina management at St. Francis Yacht Club, has provided Diego with significant experience throughout many areas of the yachting industry.

In addition, Diego is an experienced captain of both motor yachts and sailing yachts, providing a unique understanding of the operation and maintenance of a yacht and its systems. But also, how a yacht’s design, construction, and performance will impact an owner’s experience aboard.
