Glenn Fourie grew up in South Africa having owned a boat almost continuously since being a teenager. He’s navigated their notoriously dangerous East Coast multiple times. His love of the ocean culminated in a two-year cruise as captain across the Atlantic via South America, the Caribbean, and Florida. This demanding passage required a technical self-reliance which served him well over the last 25 years cruising Puget Sound and British Columbia. During this time Glenn has held multiple Director roles driving complex projects in some of the world’s largest software companies. He’s now transitioned to the yacht brokerage team at Worth Avenue Yachts.
Glenn’s love of being “out there” stems from his belief that a yacht uniquely allows friends and family to create priceless and enduring moments. Glenn’s passion for helping prospective clients find a yacht to create cherished memories knows no bounds. This extends to chartering as a simpler way to create those good times.
