From a young age, Lauren has been drawn to the adventure and elegance of life on the water. Growing up in Melbourne Beach, Florida, she spent her days sailing, surfing, fishing and traveling with her family—experiences that shaped her deep passion for the ocean and the yachting lifestyle. Her journey led her to the University of Central Florida, where she earned a degree in Marketing with a specialization in Professional Selling. During her studies, Lauren distinguished herself in competitive sales environments, excelling in national role-play competitions and strategic consulting projects. Her ability to build meaningful connections and her drive to deliver exceptional client experiences set her apart early on. Lauren first joined Worth Avenue Yachts as a summer intern, gaining hands-on experience in charter retail, yacht presentations, client interactions, and contract management. Now a full-time Charter Retail Assistant, she plays a key role in supporting charter bookings and ensuring seamless client experiences. Her goal is to leverage this experience as she works toward becoming a yacht broker, where she can combine her passion for the water with her expertise in sales and client relations. Dedicated to excellence, she strives to provide top-tier service and build lasting relationships in the yachting industry.
