A lifelong boater with deep roots in the Mid-Atlantic yachting community, Parker Griffo brings hands-on experience, technical expertise, and next-generation leadership to Worth Avenue Yachts’ Chesapeake office.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Parker grew up boating on the Chesapeake Bay and Elizabeth River. At age nine, he was already captaining his own 13′ Boston Whaler with a 40hp Yamaha out of the Norfolk Yacht Club—fueling a passion for the water that would evolve into a full-time career.

Parker graduated from High Point University in 2012 with a B.S. in Marketing and went on to complete the Chapman School of Seamanship’s program in Small Craft and Yacht Surveying in 2019. He is ABYC Standards Certified and a former board member of the Virginia Marine Trades Association, reflecting both his technical knowledge and commitment to supporting the regional boating industry.

Since joining the family business full-time in 2015, Parker has played an instrumental role in brokerage operations—managing listings, client communications, survey logistics, sea trials, and everything in between. With a natural aptitude for details and a deep understanding of what buyers and sellers value most, Parker ensures a seamless experience for every client.

Now a proud member of the Worth Avenue Yachts team, Parker continues to serve clients at the Atlantic Yacht Basin, a prime location along the Intracoastal Waterway in Chesapeake, Virginia.
