    Detailed Information

Stay Calm was delivered in 2005 as a Swan 82s (semi raised saloon). Designed by renowned naval architect Germán Frers, Stay Calm is a fine example of her type. Presented in excellent condition her current owner has recently completed a significant refit at Nautor Swans own refit facility in Badalona, Spain. Accommodating a party of eight in four cabins, the owner's double cabin is situated aft. A pair of twin guest cabins are found port and starboard between the owner's cabin and the saloon and a further double forward of the saloon to port. Two of the cabins have additional Pullman berths. The saloon boasts recent cream leather upholstery, which contrasts nicely with the hand-rubbed satin varnish.

Twin helms on deck give excellent visibility forward. The deck has a carbon fibre pre-preg sandwich construction with a Nomex honeycomb core. Teak is laid in the cockpit and on the side decks (new in 2016). Her EC6 Rigging was new in 2018 and fully inspected, serviced and re-sheathed in 2023 by Future Fibres. At the same time the Offshore Spars carbon fibre mast and park-avenue boom were both re-painted in 2023. Also in 2023, the owner fitted 2 x New Fischer Panda generators (18kva & 8kva) and a New Cummins 180hp engine block which is mated to a New 2023 ZF gearbox. The engine has less than 250hrs use! During the 2023 refit many other systems were serviced or replaced; for instance all new house batteries, serviced vang, new Air conditioning chiller and a new all carbon fibre Future Fibre headstay.

The Swan 82s truly is an iconic yacht which boats exhilarating performance, class leading residual values and the very best sea-keeping characteristics. The interior is typical of this pedigree brands quality – all beautifully hand crafted to a very high standard throughout.
